The living room features a 60in HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a keurig and many other commodities . The Outdoor area includes a grill, picnic table as well as a fire pit. No pets.

Guest room is detached from main house and has half bath with shower. Wet bar has microwave, small fridge and place settings for two. Short drive to hiking/mt bike trails in Cathedral Hills; close to Applegate vineyards and to downtown restaurants! We are an active family who enjoy our yard and open our home to meet new friends. This spot was the childhood fishing spot of the host where trout and steelhead would hide in the unique reef structures. Feel free to bring your fishing gear and make new Rogue Reef memories. Steps taken down to a large river rock area is accessible during normal river levels. In the summertime pick your own figs, apples, cherries, blackberries, grapes and pears.
