The Garden Room at Warren House is a beautiful bijou studio suite with stunning views of Littondale deep in the Yorkshire Dales with lots of walks right on the doorstep. Small but perfectly formed we try to provide everything you need for a relaxing break in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Private parking at the front with an electric point to the side of the house suitable for EV charging (please bring a cable) large secure dog friendly garden to the rear with patio area & picnic table.

This accessible two bedroom accommodation is in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. There are two ensuite bedrooms, one with full accessibility. The whole place is on one level. Both bedrooms have zip and link king size beds, which can be split into single beds on request. The bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one is accessible This new build has underfloor heating and is warm & cosy. There's a large patio and a garden to enjoy during your stay. The entire place is yours and is self-catering

Embsay is a quiet village with Bolton Abbey, The Tithe Barn, and Grassington; famous for All Creatures Great and Small, all within easy reach. Embsay has a shop, 2 pubs and a steam railway station. Gregory view is a 200 year old barn conversion which is tucked away at the top of Grassington with views over the village and dales. It has steps leading up to a small patio and a garden with lawns and borders. There is an outdoor table to enjoy the Yorkshire sunshine if you're luck.. The village is a couple of minutes walk away as are the hills. Grassington has great local pubs , cafes and shops all on your doorstep. The charming market town of Skipton is 10 miles aways.
