The site is set on a paddock behind the pub. There are coded modern bathrooms just for the guests, and a BBQ zone. Drop into the pub for evening meals and drinks! Breakfast basket is included for the first morning, and is £18 for a basket for 2 each additional morning. Optional extra: Prosecco on arrival £25

With open views of the Wolds, guests can enjoy a private garden and patio with access to a wider paddock containing a large wildlife pond, orchard and seasonal bulbs flowering throughout the year. An ideal base for walking, cycling and exploring the Wolds, coast, Cadwell Park and local food scene.

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
