Located in the peaceful hamlet of Twitton, nestled between Shoreham and Otford villages. The house overlooks the Darent valley and is situated 25 miles SE of London. Set in a tranquil and private location, Heriots is surrounded by a spacious garden, fields and woodlands, perfect for walks, local pubs, historic houses and golf courses.

The Lodge is set in a private, rural, stable environment and 8 mins to Chorleywood tube. A direct train into London is 30 mins. With its large open plan living area, fast WiFi and workspace, many guests work from home. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a generous sized bedroom. Sarratt has 3 x pubs with restaurants, a village store, Post Office all within a 5-10 min walk. On the edge of the Chilterns with stunning walks, it is a 15-20 min drive to Leavesden studios and Harry Potter World.

Property located in a area which is surrounded by epping forest. A lake is just 3/4 min walk where you can go out for a walk or relax with a cup of tea. There is a horse farm just 3/4 min walk where you can hire a horse for an hour and go for a ride and you are still in London!! The nearest train stop Manor park/ Wanstead( central line)

Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and train station. We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Brands Hatch is a short drive. Parking on drive and private access to secure garden. 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge, smart TV, DVD & fully equipped kitchen

Self-contained stable retreat

Set in a traditional equestrian yard, this self-contained purpose-built barn, is set on a farm between the Surrey Hills and Epsom downs. The perfect place to explore and get in touch with nature . The accommodation is a self-contained barn/ stable conversion which you have all to yourselves, accessed from the active stable yard. A lounge, small kitchen, downstairs bedroom upstairs and open plan bedroom leading to the bathroom. Bathroom only accessed via upstairs bedroom.
