Welcome to The Park Cottage, we are thrilled to have you stay with us. Staying at the Park Cottage means you get a clean and sanitized home all to yourself, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area with internet connected TV, second floor loft with two single beds and play area for kids. You also get a sunroom with beautiful forest views, and an outdoor firepit. We are located adjacent to Paris Mountain State Park property, and a State Park Pass is included in your stay.

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Welcome to Tamerlane Place, a cozy garden oasis located just 4 minutes from Furman University and 10 minutes from Downtown Greenville! Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home serves as a perfect jumping off place for exploring Greenville, Traveler's Rest (8 min), and our three state parks-- Paris Mountain (8 min), Jones Gap (30 min), and Table Rock (30 min). Pets are more than welcome to join you with a one-time pet fee, and will enjoy our fully fenced in backyard. We can't wait to have you!

Our cottage is on a beautiful piece of property that makes you feel secluded and peaceful, but is only minutes away from amazing downtown Greenville, as well as quaint downtown Greer. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, smart tv, iron, ironing board, plush towels, high thread count sheets, choice of foam or feather pillows, and a choice of relaxing inside or outside on the screened porch with a heated throw. A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.
