This comfortable 1940s home is situated in historic Mobberly Place minutes from downtown Longview. Located close to I-20, Hwy 80 and Hwy 259, it's a convenient launch point to the East Texas area. Also very close are LeTourneau University and the medical district, including both Christus Good Shepherd and Longview Regional hospitals. Newly remodeled, it's a quiet place to relax with your family or to explore the area. Please contact us if you have additional guests or plan to host an event.

Have fun with the whole family @ this brand new home. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with all the needed amenities. Conveniently located just off Hwy 80 between Longview and Hallsville, minutes from Loop 281 & I-20. The kitchen has basic cooking and eating utensils, dish soap and towels. Washer and dryer with laundry soap provided for your convenience. 1 towel per guest is provided. The living room has a smart TV for airplay and casting.
