We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Ovaj moderni smještaj površine 100m2 savršen je odabir za četiri osobe. Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonom s kadom i tuš kabinom, wc-om, dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom s blagovaonom te terasom od 11m2. Stan je u potkrovlju obiteljske kuće te je moderno uređen. U sklopu smještaja dolazi veliki TV s Playstation-om 4, četiri klima uređaja, perilicom posuđa, perilicom rublja, indukcijskom pločom, pećnicom te frižiderom side-by-side, parkingom te grill-om u sklopu dvorišta.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

Each apartment extends over an entire floor. The area of ​​one apartment is 85 m2. Each apartment looks almost identical and is equipped in the same way. Each apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a spacious balcony. Each apartment is rented separately on Airbnb.

Apartment "Nilaria" is situated in Hreljin, a small calm village in the back of the crowdy tourist destinations like Crikvenica, Island of Krk, Rijeka,Opatija..and just a 10min drive from the first beach..It has a beautiful view over Kvarner Bay and the pool in the front of the house.With its peaceful and wild green surroundings, it makes the perfect destination for those who want to chase the stress away. Local markets, bars, bakery, and charming pizzeria are just 250m away

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
