The S-Bahn Station "Gröbenzell" is 5 Minutes by walking away and it takes 20 minutes to go to the inner city. I try to do my best to make my guests feel home and get in touch with our local sights, beer and culture. You'll have a kingsize bed for 2 persons (180cm x 230cm), one queensize bed (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons and one more floor mattress (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons to sleep. There are bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The balcony is perfect for relaxing.

Ein eigener Gartenanteil mit Terrasse erwartet Sie im Sommer umgeben von altem Baumbestand. Dieses Cottage ist ideal für Paare oder Familien mit einem Kind. Auch Expats und Geschäftsreisende finden Ihre Wohlfühloase.

Gemütlicher Bauwagen zum Wohlfühlen, im Garten mit Birn- und Apfelbäumen und mit zwei Laufenten. Idyllisch zu jeder Jahreszeit. Zum See geht es aus dem Gartentor, über die Strasse und noch 150m..., dann steht man am Badesee, Rundgang um den See 1,5 km. Autark im Bauwagen. Eine Selbstversorgerküche und ein separates Bad befinden sich im Nebengebäude, eigene Nutzung (nicht im Wohnhaus der Familie). Wir (Gesa und Christoph mit unseren beiden Kindern) wohnen im Haus auf demselben Grundstück.

Nimm die ganze Familie mit in diese tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz. Du bekommst eine komplette Wohnung im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses in einer ruhigen Wohngegend am Rande von München. Mit der S-Bahn (Haltestelle nur 6 Gehminuten entfernt) bist du in zwanzig Minuten im Bahnhof von München. Du hast eine eigene Küche, Schlafzimmer, und Bad (das Bad ist an das Schlafzimmer angeschlossen) Wir (meine 3 Kindern, Hund und ich) wohnen im Erdgeschoß und wir teilen uns das Treppenhaus.

Peace and quiet close to town in small apartment

Our house is in a very quiet neighbourhood in the suburbs of Munich, but very near to the town. You can get to the center of Munich with two local trains in 20 minutes, trains leaving every 10 minutes. Your apartment is in the first floor. You get a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping room, bathroom and separate toilet. We live on the ground floor. You share the bathroom and kitchen with our daughter who also lives in the apartment.

Garden....living, close to Munich!

My non-smoking home is in the green Gröbenzell, you can easily walk in a few minutes to Munich. Public transport is available. There are several restaurants nearby (Chinese, Greek, Italian, Bavarian) The apartment has a garden. Directly behind the house (10 meters!) Is an exclusive gym with wellness area (fee / day about 18 euros). Many shopping possibilities (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Deichmann, Tengelmann etc.) within 5 minutes walk.
