Ivy Cottage in North Yorkshire Moors

Newly renovated cozy stone cottage with fabulous views in Egton village on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. Two local pubs. Great for walkers, with the coast to coast trail at Egton Bridge, and numerous moor walks nearby. A 10 minute drive to the coastal town of Whitby. A 15 minute drive from a number of beautiful beaches and cliff walks. Well behaved dogs (and owners) welcome Wi-Fi provided. Open staircase and internal steps. No under 16s. Friday is our cleaning and changeover day.

Keepers Cottage Egton Bridge

Keepers Cottage is part of the Old Mill, and is a highly commended cottage located at Egton Bridge, which is a North York Moors National Park conservation area, on the coast to coast path near to the coastal town of Whitby and ideal for exploring the moors, the Yorkshire Coast, including Scarborough, Bridlington, Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Robin Hoods Bay. In addition Malton, Pickering and the City of York. North York Moors is officially designated as Dark Skies Reserve right on our door step.

The Smithy at Cross Pipes, Goathland

The Smithy is a self contained stone built cottage situated on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area. Spacious studio accommodation with a king sized bed in a recessed area, walk in shower and toilet, full kitchen facilities, wood burning stove, TV and Wi-Fi. There is an outside seating area and private parking.

Storey Corner - Where memories are made

Set on the side of a picturesque valley in the small hamlet of Hartoft Storey Corner is a private self contained wing of Storey House that makes for a relaxing, quiet, luxury retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The Highlander

Welcome to Lawns Farm Luxurious Glamping accommodation in an idyllic location. Here at Lawns Farm Glamping, ‘The Highlander’ is a perfect romantic retreat for couples, or a fun family getaway. Sandsend Beach is only four miles away and Runswick Bay three which offer some great local dining treats. Whitby is the local town approx a fifteen minutes drive. The Cake Store

Enjoy this spacious and newly converted barn with beautiful original old beams located approx 15 minutes on foot (uphill ) from the scenic village of Lealholm. An ideal place to stay if you are a wedding guest at either Danby Castle or Egton Manor. On the ground floor is a large open plan living room with kitchen leading to the bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. A bespoke glass and oak staircase leads to a mezzanine with comfortable sofa and views across to the Esk Valley.

Birch House Farm

Birch House Farm is located within 12 acres of woodland and pasture. Hollyhock cabin has been finished to a high specification to give comfort all year round. We provide bed linen, towels and a welcome basket containing home grown and local produce. Ensuite shower facilities, heating, TV and a kitchen area (hob, kettle and microwave). There is a double hammock and a BBQ fire pit area outside. Perfect for a quiet break in the countryside. Couples only. No children. No dogs allowed.

Crumbleclive Cabin

Crumbleclive is a beautifully restored 100 year old cabin set within the dramatic backdrop of Crunkly Ghyll. It was originally the ‘Gun Room’ for the local estate in the 1890s! The Cabin has a balcony overlooking the gorge with the River Esk rapids visible at the bottom. Surrounded by Oak trees you will feel amongst the treetops as birds gather on the branches around you and fly through the gorge below. It is perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway to recharge the batteries!

Woodbine Cottage Sandsend Beach Front

This special cottage is a stones throw away from the beach making it the perfect base for your summer or winter holiday by the sea. The cosy village pub is 3 doors away with its inviting beer garden in summer and roaring log fire in winter. Cafes are plentiful and Whitby is a stroll along the beach or a short bus ride away. Sandsend is perfectly placed to explore North Yorkshire, not least its own stunning beach. On street and pay and display parking are plentiful and close by.

The cottage, which was once the village police officer’s station and home, accommodates up to six people and offers beautiful views over the delightful Esk Valley. Rowan cottage sits within the beautiful village of Sleights, nestled between the seaside town of Whitby, and the ever changing North Yorkshire Moors. The cottage offers a perfect base for exploring the area, and is well connected by road, bus and rail.
