Our small apartment is on a 20 acre tree farm at the top of one of the highest hills in florida. We are perfectly situated in the middle of bicyclist heaven with many challenging hills just outside our gated property. Enjoy all Central Florida has to offer within a short drive... Mt. Dora, with its cute shops, Clermont, Choice of Champions training, Disney is less than 45 minutes away and either coast just over 1 hour. Private, just remodeled, and cozy ground floor entrance w/ 2nd floor living.

Enjoy this cute birds nest with breathtaking views. This is a studio with a kitchen and ensuite bathroom, private driveway, porch and entrance. The kitchen is cute and well equipped to cook a beautiful meal. The bathroom has been renovated recently and has a walk in shower. Downtown Clermont is a walk distance away separated by the 50 HWY. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. FWY, Studio is attached to the main house. Please be considerate and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

Whether you are looking to relax, enjoy the farm animals, or a bit of adventure we have the perfect location. We live in the main house across the cottage.

Spectacular star lit night skies accompanied by hooting owls, whippoorwills, and fire flies make for an unforgettable camp fire atmosphere. Amenities include an outdoor shower, washer, dryer, barbecue, fire pit, fishing and outdoor wrap around patio. Ponds, canals, and Florida wetland host a variety of birds, mammals, fish and reptiles including the Florida gator.
