From peaceful mornings on the trails to pickleball, poolside relaxation, and a welcoming gathering atmosphere, there's a little something for everyone here. We only have one unit here, so come be our exclusive guests. Drive down our road through trees and cattle fields and stay on the edge of the woods in a pocket of privacy. Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

Welcome to your brand new home away from home! Comal Park lake access and everything you need is less than a 5 minute drive. Minutes from great food, Whitewater Amphitheater, New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Gruene. Boat Ramp 5 is just past the golf course. This newly constructed home feels incredibly spacious for being so cozy. High ceilings and lots of windows allow the natural light in. A fully stocked kitchen will delight the cook in your group. This RV sleeps 6 comfortably, offering a cozy master bedroom w/ an RV king bed & large closet opposite from the huge bunk room (3 bunks & sofa), a full kitchen, living/dining, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, plus an outdoor kitchen!
