Kitchen and living area are bordered by windows offering panoramic views of the lake and opposing park. 6 bedrooms and 3 baths, including a large bedroom on the first floor with an en suite and office area. Our cozy 1930's cottage sleeps up to 6. The open-concept living/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa adjacent to a full kitchen. The separate bedroom has a queen-size bed and is located next to a small bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower. A spiral staircase leads up to a lofted area that provides another space to get away and relax, with twin mattresses on 2 separate built-in platforms. Included is Comcast Xfinity WIFI and Cable Television. Central Air. And extra coffee in the fridge .

Private entrance to lower level studio apartment which features a kitchen, laundry & private bathroom. We live on the property ,but you will have complete privacy. Amenities Include heat, A/C, cable & wi-fi. Full access to shared yard, boathouse . Use of a fire pit. Use our 2 kayaks or fish off the dock. Walk to quaint downtown Paw Paw with restaurants, bars, breweries and wineries.

Lakefront Cottage at water's edge w/free Pontoon

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

The Barn House

A private country estate on 9 acres in beautiful rural Michigan featuring 5-bedrooms, 2 baths and a large kitchen/living area. This restored Dairy Barn with its original beams was converted into a wonderful residence in the early 1990’s. Cozy, tranquil, and spacious (4,000 square feet) would be a few words to best describe this home with its scenic walk out balcony overlooking a pond. The home owner currently resides in a private apartment in the lower level.

Beautiful lakefront home on quiet lake, Serene and wooded yard. Right on the water with a beach. Enjoy the lake views from the inside porch at the large hand made table with 8 seats. Onsite laundry. Very tastefully decorated The first floor will give you that up north feel with beautiful knotty pine walls. The second floor has the bedrooms and bath for more privacy, and a sitting area for reading or relaxing. There are many stairs! Well water.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
