Located on our 100 acre property, the woolshed is distanced from the main residence so you can enjoy the privacy and peace you find on the land. Property features include: Full Kitchen, Large living/dining area, Tv/wifi, Ceiling Fans in living area, newly built sleeping quarter and bathroom w/queen bed & reverse cycle. Uber/Taxi available, 16KMS to CBD. *Fire place is not functional. Adults only, strictly no animals.

Kumbogie Cabin is an eco friendly (off grid solar and battery) private retreat situated on a working sheep farm. Nestled in a secluded location approximately 900m from the nearest dwelling, access is via a dirt track and a couple of gates. It is located at the base of the farm's surrounding hills it has stunning scenery, natural bushland and an abundance of Australian flora & fauna. The cabin itself is perfect for any couple looking to have a romantic getaway. Thereis a no children policy.

Spacious lounge room. A double sofa bed. 65 inch smart TV in lounge with foxtel. Main bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV. All kitchen facilities and a BBQ. Sofa bed is fixed as of 31/3/24. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. The property is a wildlife sanctuary so you can enjoy the birds that abound in the trees but please no pets. We have our own who we are happy to share with you during your stay.
