Adorable Pool House

A beautiful 1 bedroom Pool House located on a peaceful street in Gunnedah. Located behind the main house, you will have direct access to and from the property with unlimited use to the Magnesium pool throughout the duration of your stay. Four legged friends are invited to stay on request. The yard is very secure with two gates between the backyard and the street. We have 2 Dachshunds on the property that we keep separated with any fury friends unless you are happy with your pets to meet ours!

Gorgeous Country Woolshed

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a woolshed that is over 100 years old! Located on our 100 acre property, the woolshed is distanced from the main residence so you can enjoy the privacy and peace you find on the land. Property features: Full Kitchen, Large living/dining area, Tv/wifi, Ceiling Fans in living area, newly built sleeping quarter and bathroom w/queen bed & reverse cycle. Kumbogie Cabin is an eco friendly (off grid solar and battery) private retreat situated on a working sheep farm. Nestled in a secluded location approximately 900m from the nearest dwelling, access is via a dirt track and a couple of gates. It is located at the base of the farm's surrounding hills it has stunning scenery, natural bushland and an abundance of Australian flora & fauna. The cabin itself is perfect for any couple looking to have a romantic getaway. Thereis a no children policy.

A farm setting 20 mins from Tamworth. A quiet and comfortable flat with private facilities. King bed with own bathroom and kitchenette. Separate entrance with access to beautiful verandah views of the peaceful countryside. Pets are most welcome, there is a run for dogs and a crate available if needed. It is important if they are free in the flat that they are house trained and do not get on or in the bed. When first arriving or walking around the farm they need initially to be on a lead.
