This cosy cottage is in a prime location, namely on De Muur van Geraardsbergen! In addition to its unique location, it is above all very peaceful with lots of greenery and offers an excellent base for cycling or walking in the beautiful Flemish Ardennes. The Market Square is 600 metres from the house. There is a cosy sun terrace at the front. There are hardly any cars in the street. It is very quiet, making it wonderful to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning. Accommodation No. 412221

Loft in between Brussels and Ghent

On the ground floor you enter the house and you immediately take the stairs to the first floor.There is the bedroom,bathroom and toilet.Then you go upstairs through the fixed attic stairs and you enter the loft.You can stay in this cozy space.You have the seating area,dining table and kitchen area.The door of the large round window brings you to the terrace. You have to climb two stairs to get to the loft.The 2nd bed is in the sittingarea. A little dangerous for children,so only babies allowed.

Visitez le parc Pairi Daiza tout proche (18min), sillonnez notre belle campagne à pied ou à vélo, admirez les châteaux des villages avoisinants. Et, amis de la nature, n'hésitez pas à scruter l'horizon, vous pourriez observer de beaux oiseaux!

Notre ancienne exploitation agricole, reconvertie en maison de charme entourée d’un grand jardin à l’anglaise comprenant un étang, est située à côté d’un joli ruisseau jouxtant des prairies où paissent chevaux et vaches, à quelques encablures du bourg. Notre propriété plaît autant aux voyageurs désireux de découvrir la région qu’aux femmes et hommes d’affaires qui y trouvent quiétude et sérénité. Biévène ( Bever) est située non loin des villes plaisantes d’Enghien, de Lessines et de Grammont.
