A private Satoyama retreat in the mountains of Nara, just 20 minutes from the city. This traditional one-group-per-day house is renovated with reclaimed wood and uses fresh mountain spring water. Enjoy hands-on cooking with organic rice and vegetables from our farm. Relax in a wood-fired bath, and in the morning experience a Japanese tea ceremony surrounded by nature. Dinner options include Japanese meal or pizza making. Our meal service is available for parties of two or more guests.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is a guesthouse which renovated an old Japanese house. It is located in the suburbs of Osaka. It takes you 20 minutes from the centre of Osaka by train. It is very convenient to get to Osaka and Nara. As there are plenty of ruins and old houses nearby, we recommend cycling to see them. Of course, you can borrow a bicycle. Within walking distance there are wineries and traditional houses so you can enjoy town walking.

Traditional Japanese House 74㎡ Osaka Namba KIX

This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.

This is a facility that rents out an entire house where you can enjoy yourself with your family and friends. Conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Station and a 10-minute walk from JR Nara Station. The nearest station is Oji Station on the JR Line (18 minutes from Osaka Tennoji Station). It is about a 20-minute bus ride from Oji Station. If you are coming by train, we will pick you up at the nearest station. The last pick-up time is 7:00 PM. After that, please use the bus. There is a lovely hot spring nearby, or you can walk there. There is a barbecue facility in the garden. Convenient access to Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Koyasan, and Yoshino.
