Walking distance from the house is a pool (which guests enjoy for free), a cafe, a coffee cart, and an organic market.

Our home is on a quiet, green street, a short walk from a beautiful forest and Tivon’s center with cafés, restaurants, and playgrounds. It has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room opening to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, and 2 showers. The house is bright, renovated, and surrounded by a large blooming garden with swings, a fire pit, and a fish pond. Very child-friendly, full of toys. ,The area is rich in attractionsn, close to Hifa, great beaches, Jezreel valley and so on.

אם בא לכם קצת לברוח מהרעש שבעיר, להתעורר לצליל ציוץ הציפורים לבוקר שליו ושקט, לשתות כוס קפה ברוגע, באווירה כפרית ירוקה ופסטורלית עם המון צמחיה מסביב אתם מוזמנים לבקתה המיוחדת שלי. השקעתי בה המון מחשבה ואהבה יחד עם אדריכלית מקצועית כדיי שלא יחסר לכם דבר. הבקתה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך על מנת שתתארחו בנוחות מירבית . יחידה במתחם עם פרטיות מלאה, מאובזרת בכל צרכי הציבור הדתי. מאחר ויש בית כנסת צמוד לא ניתן להבעיר אש בשבתות ובחגי ישראל. יש חניה פרטית . בשבתות חניה בשער היישוב , דקה הליכה מהמקום.

בית מקסים מואר ומרווח, מוקף עצי פרי מדשאות גינת תבלינים וברביקיו 5 חדרי שינה (+ממ"ד), 3 מקלחות-שירותים. 5 דקות הליכה מבריכת שחיה גדולה, 4 דקות הליכה מחוף הים, 2 דקות ממתקני משחקים לילדים, 1 דקה מהמכולת המקומית. 10 דקות נסיעה מחיפה (שלל אטרקציות ומסעדות). 5 דקות נסיעה ממגוון חופים נפלאים (עתלית, נווה ים,דור, הבונים, חיפה ועוד). מרחק נסיעה קצר מעין הוד, עין חוד, דאלית אל כרמל -עוספיה, זיכרון ועוד. מגוון מסלולי הליכה (גם למשפחה) ורכיבת אופניים מהיפים בארץ.
