Het huisje is gunstig gelegen, op een steenworp van het natuurgebied De Broekbeemt, Borgloon, Hasselt en Sint-Truiden. Er is de ook mogelijkheid om elektrische mountainbike te huren.

The Green Pavilion has free WiFi, 1 large flat screen, fully equipped kitchen with Nexpresso machine, a shower room. In de leefruimte is er een zetelbed voorzien waardoor we tot 5 mensen kunnen ontvangen. Het huisje is gelegen op het terrein van de voormalige pastorij . Op hetzelfde terrein is nog een tweede vakantiehuisje. Deze kunnen, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid, ook samen gehuurd worden. Dan kan er plaats geboden worden aan groepen tot 9 personen.

Si l’Ecluse Simon a été entièrement rénovée afin d’offrir tout le confort moderne, aucune transformation structurelle n’a été réalisée dans cette maison enregistrée au Patrimoine régional Wallon.
