Located in the centre of Beaulieu, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and explore the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in the beautiful village, you can walk to Monty's Inn pub nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may even see donkeys walking along the High Street! The cottage has a very spacious ground floor with an open kitchen/large dining area plus a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the log burner.

A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. EV charger on site. Metered. Pay for what you use as per our service provider costs. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. The Beach House is a cosy, self contained, nautical themed one-bedroom annexe situated within a two minute walk to the lovely beach at Hill Head. The annexe has been newly decorated and comes with private parking. The property provides easy access to surrounding areas such as Lee-on-Solent and Portsmouth and is ideally situated for walkers being on the England Coastal path and close to the South Downs Way. The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
