The Nest is 4 mins walk from a Bike Hire and Electric scooter hire, local shops, Bars and restaurants. Bournemouth sandy beaches are about a 10 minutes bike ride and 5 mins in the car from the Nest. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

Le charme d'un petit cottage anglais!

Cottage anglais du 16iè siècle, tout rénové avec accès sur un grand jardin fleuri. Notre maison est sur le même terrain donc nous aurons le jardin en commun. Nous sommes à moins de 5 kilomètres de la mer. Notre petit cottage est une excellente base pour visiter la New Forest et ses chevaux en liberté à l'ouest (à 30 minutes), Portsmouth et ses bateaux historiques à l'est (à 20 minutes), ou Winchester, l'ancienne capitale d'Angleterre au nord (à 25 min).

This adorable self contained barn sits in the most beautiful position moments from the rolling hills of the North Wessex downs. Its the perfect place to unwind, gawp at beautiful landscapes and try out some delicious local pubs. The self contained barn consists of a sitting room with huge glass doors allowing lots of light to pour in and a 60 inch plasma. Through sliding double doors you have a very comfortable en suite bedroom with a Super King bed.
