Spend time indoors, cooking delicious meals in our fully stocked kitchen, resting near the cozy electric fireplace, reading books or streaming your favorite entertainment. Get competitive with a game of ping pong, "hang out" in hammocks, indoors or out, build a blazing bonfire or splash in the creek! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It's located in a hollow of the beautiful Mohican Country. A ramp leads up to the front porch, 3 bedrooms and a queen size sofa hide-a-bed in the family room, 3 full baths, one being handicap accessible, and the capacity to sleep 12. Within a 4-mile radius you will find the Mohican State Park, Landoll's Mohican Castle, canoe liveries, grocery stores, gas stations, dining and fast foods, and down town Loudonville.

Mohican Farmhouse, Pond, and Animals

This Historical Farmhouse offers a quiet, country getaway. You can experience a true farm setting with chickens, sheep, goats, llamas and more all excited to meet an interact with our guests! A huge wrap-around covered porch offers views of barns, 3 acres of pastures, the private fishing pond, and the beautiful Mohican Forest. Inside, you'll feel at home with plenty of room for 14 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, wifi, satellite TV, 2 bathrooms, and washer and dryer.

Tiny Cabin on the outskirts of Mohican State Park

SUPER Tiny 200 sq ft Cabin is located in a peacful neighborhood between Loudonville and Perrysville. It has a kitchen and bath (please note the hot water heater is small, so if you both want hot water, showers should be limited to 5 mins ). Features a spacious patio with a firepit ( I have plenty of firewood no need to being your own ). Close to the Mohican State Park mountian bike trail !! If the loft makes you uncomfortable, the sofa features a pullout bed.
