Situated in an idyllic quiet position overlooking our garden and field beyond, in the historic village of Thriplow. A minutes walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub. Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for working in the city or surrounding area - a homely alternative to a hotel.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

Hauxton is a quiet, attractive village located just 3.9 miles south of Cambridge city centre – nature, green spaces and rural walks in abundance yet super easy to get into Cambridge, the perfect base to explore. London access nearby (rail or road) and a 5 minute drive from the M11. Discounts may be available for long stays.

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

Clock Cottage is a handsome Grade 2 listed detached brick and flint cottage in a desirable and sought after convenient location. The spacious accommodation is set within the grounds of Home Farm House, an important farmhouse dating back to the 17th Century. With enough space to comfortably sleep up to 8 people, our property is perfect for families and groups seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The pool table adds an extra element of fun, guaranteeing entertainment for all ages.
