This is our home away from home, in the wonderful Bay of Islands. Relax here, or explore in Paihia (5kms), Russell (5kms) or Kerikeri (20 kms). We are 300 meters from the Haruru Falls, and the lovely bush/mangrove walk through to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. We have a fully fenced back yard, which is young children friendly. It is all on one level, so is particularly easy for older people. Use this as a base to fully explore everything Northland has to offer. Fully equipped, just arrive!

1. The Treetops @ #10 Abri

Treetops is a self-contained luxurious studio cedar chalet nestled in a sub-tropical garden with a wonderful sea view. Featuring spacious Open Plan Living, furnished with a King Bed, double Spa Bath, separate shower, full Kitchen facilities, recliner lounge suite, a BBQ on your deck; as well as having air-conditioning (Heat Pump/climate control), Freeview TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Our new 30 sqm one-bedroom cottage is a modern, self-contained space with its own entry, Wi-Fi, bathroom, garden and deck. It’s separate from the owners’ home and set up with a kitchenette including a Nespresso, air fryer, fridge/freezer. Excellent WIFI. A convenient base close to Paihia (3km to beach, 4km to centre of town) — and walking distance to Haruru Falls and bush walk, Phat House Brewery and Twin Pines Restaurant. A perfect base to explore the Bay of Islands.

Rustic Bush Retreat

Tranquil and private, a beautiful Macrocapa post and beam house overlooking the gorgeous Kerikeri Inlet. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or take a swim at Opito bay- just 5 minutes away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!

Te Wahi Mahana (A Warm Place), Paihia

This is a self catering, air-conditioned apartment with a spacious open plan living area, a separate bedroom and bathroom. Guests have their own patio with sea views across to the bay to Russell. The kitchen has a microwave, 2-ring hob and tea/coffee making facilities. While we are only 3.2 km from the centre of Paihia, it is a hilly walk. There is a lot to see and do here so make sure your stay isn't too short to experience what is available.

The Cowshed Cottage

A peaceful rural rustic space to retreat and relax yet minutes from town amenities and the main Northland route. Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac and taking up two thirds of a converted mid-century milking shed building the Cottage is cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Easy access, no check-in required.

Kanuka Loft is a very quiet, peaceful space. A great place to come and do nothing, yet with all the Bay of Islands has to offer at hand.
