This 1-bedroom suite has one full baths. This unit features fireplaces, while the property offers sweeping views of Nantucket Sound. The suite features a balcony/porch and full kitchen.

Main Suite - Chatham Guest Rooms

This welcoming guest suite has a queen bed and a separate living room with a library, cathedral ceilings, and a full-sized sofa bed (additional fees for use of extra bed). Kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee & tea maker, microwave, and dishwasher! Children lodging with an attentive adult must be at least 7 years old. This unit is upstairs. Stairs in old buildings are steeper than modern stairs. Best for guests comfortable with stairs.

The Coonamessett offers two (2) comfortable 1st-floor King junior suites that are both ADA accessible. One large space features a plush king bed and a lounge/sitting area with a sofa and dining table as well as a private bath with a walk-in shower. These 475-510 square foot rooms also include a 43" Smart TV, Bluetooth radio, mini-fridge, individually-controlled AC and heat (window AC units used in the warmer months), and free wireless internet access.

The Front Deluxe Efficiency Studios at Pleasant Bay Village Resort in Chatham, Cape Cod are accessed from the gardens, include two full sized beds, a fully equipped kitchenette, and private deck. These units are large enough to add a roll away cot or crib. We are a family friendly Hotel, NO PARTIES only peaceful enjoyment while respecting all guests and neighbors. Rate is based on 2 people, $20/night for each additional person.

The Cove at Yarmouth in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts (Cape Cod). This is a timeshare resort and is full of amenities. Conveniently located in the heart of Cape Cod. One week only for 2025, Check in 9/12/25 check out 9/19/25 (Friday to Friday). For 2026 and 2027 dates will be in June (6/5/26-6/12/26, 6/4/27-6/11/27)
