Havelock North Studio Unit

Newly built studio sits at the back of our section. It has been completed to a very high standard with new everything. It can accommodate 2 adults very comfortably, but you have the option of the double sofa bed with spring mattress and foam top for a couple of kids if you are all happy to be slightly tighter. The kitchenette has a full sized fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric hot plate. A weber BBQ is available on request. Heat pump, Wifi, Smart TV and Infinity complete the picture

Set on a picturesque equestrian property the studio is adjacent to main residence, accessed by its own entrance. The perfect location being only a short bike ride away from the Bridge Pa Wine Triangle boasting a choice of 10 award winning vineyards incl Te Awa, Trinity Hill & Ngatarawa. Havelock North is a 6 min drive. Napier and Airport 20mins.

This is a stand-alone sleep out with a private bathroom, television, mini refrigerator, microwave and breakfast facilities( jug, toaster) Only 10 minutes drive to beautiful Havelock North village or Hastings town, and we are Wine Country central at only 7 minutes to the start of the Bridge Pa Triangle (a collection of different wineries, a must visit- on your bike is best!).

Boutique Stay: Urban chic with country views

Welcome to Boutique Stay, a newly renovated cosy guest suite for that comfortable stay away whether for pleasure or business. We are located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac. You are offered the mix of an urban location with the added aspect of a country outlook. We are situated close to the Mission Winery, Church Road Winery, cycle paths, Park Island sports ground, and the airport. There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

Our studio apartment is totally self contained, with wonderful wooden floors and light streaming in from the garden one looks onto. Perfectly situated a few minutes drive between Havelock North and Hastings and decorated with a Colonial African slant. We always leave muesli, fruit, milk, and croissants in the fridge for our guests to enjoy on their FIRST morning, so they can relax and not have to go out for breakfast. Tea and coffee are always provided.

Bird Eye View overlooks Hawke’s Bay as far as the eye can see to the Kaweka and Ruahine ranges. This is paradise for you. 4km south of Havelock North and 30 minutes from the Napier airport. Set on a farm you experience peace and quiet close to town. Lie in a stunning outdoor bath under the stars, listen to Moreporks, overlooking the stunning lights and views of rural Hawke's Bay. Welcome to my Studio. Hi I am Breny, I love meeting people. Enjoy your own warm cosy private Studio, with its own driveway seperate from our house, and you have under cover parking. It has one room, comfy queen bed, and separate bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably and has a rural out look. You can visit some of the local wineries near by. It's 22 minutes to Napier and 7 minutes to Hastings. I look forward to meeting you.

Jervois Cottage

To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.

Only 3 minutes to the centre of town by car and the ToiToi event centre .10 minutes to some of the best wineries Hawkes bay has to offer. Napier, a 25 min drive and some of the best sandy beaches you could wish for a 35-minute drive away. The cottage is fully self-contained and ideal for a break away.

Hart's Place

Hart's Place is a private, modern, attached unit. It has all new fittings and furnishings. It is light and warm, with a heated bath room floor, just installed a carbon filter, no more chlorine in the water. Situated in a safe quiet cul de sac and has a tramp and swing for children. In one of Hasting's best and most central suburbs location wise.
