A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? The home is crafted to provide you with over 420 Sq Feet of carefully planned space offering a fully functional kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a custom tiled shower. It is truly magical to soak outdoors under the night sky in the privacy of your own hot tub.

Log home with attached studio apartment in the beautiful Matanuska-Susitna Valley. You’ll love the breathtaking views of Pioneer Peak from the window! There’s easy access to rivers, lakes, and hiking. It’s a great location for all that Butte, Alaska has to offer, including the famous Reindeer Farm just down the road. It’s a comfy studio with kitchenette and refrigerator. Perfect for an adventurous getaway in Alaska! PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A SECONDARY UPSTAIRS UNIT ABOVE THIS STUDIO.

This is an efficiency unit in a 4plex, queen size bed, 12 foot ceiling, shower stall, internet, desk and chair, coffee center, not a kitchen, small fridge and microwave . It is on the ground level. We are close to town, 30 minutes from Hatchers pass, lots of hiking, golf 5 minutes away, local breweries. We work hard to give a safe clean environment to stay so please no smoking or pets. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy the cozy and comfortable atmosphere during your private escape.

Guest Suite -Bigger Than a tiny home

This is a large guest suite on the first floor with Private Entrance, Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Dressing Room, Refrigerator, microwave, dining table and sleeper sofa. The entrance is private and is accessed from the private driveway. Outside there is a bar-B-Que Grill, Firepit and yard. If a need arises during your stay, we are an email or phone call away. We look forward to hosting you. There isn't a sink in the main room.
