The open plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa in front of the log burner, or for cooking up a feast in the well-equipped kitchen. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk, as is the fantastic village shop. Off-road parking and secure, private garden safe for children and pets.

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

The accommodation is a self contained studio apartment situated above the double garage in our garden and accessed by a flight of wooden stairs. Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.
