Newly renovated and centrally located with several nearby restaurants and lots of fun activities -short drive to a public beach and Canyon Lake Marina; 5 miles from Whitewater Amphitheater and the Horseshoe sec. of Guadalupe River (great for tubing), 20 minute drives to Wimberly, San Marcos, Gruene or New Braunfels. Our condo is fully equipped with linens, WI-FI, TV with streaming, cooking utensils, coffeemaker, etc.

Pets are welcome, but we do have a pet fee of $100. A perfect location for SXSW, Austin City Limits, convention center events and downtown venues such as Mohawks, Stubbs BBQ, ACL Moody Theater & Cheer Up Charlies.
