This newly freshened, mid-century home is located in the city limits of Manchester, KY, a Trail Town. It sits just a few hundred feet from the Salt Works Village and boat ramp to Goose Creek. It is a short walk or drive to one of our many swinging bridges, the Clay County Historical Society, and a number of restaurants, stores, and churches. A five minute drive can have you to the Federal Correctional Institute, AdventHealth Manchester Hospital, or Beech Creek Campground and Lake.

Cowan Creek Cottage is close to the Cowan Community Center and only 5½ miles outside the city limits of Whitesburg. The cottage is located at the foothills of Pine Mountain. You’ll love the cottage and enjoy the feel of having your own little home in the mountains. Our little cabin with a stocked pond and its own little water fall is such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a night, weekend, or week. Our cabin is stocked with home necessities. We have free WiFi. Most cell phone carriers do not have cell service here or in a lot of rental properties In Hazard. However WiFi calling works with the WiFi. We have seen many deer grazing the grass and an occasional bear. 10 mins/3miles from ARH in Hazard, Ky.
