Annexe is equipped and furnished to provide comfortable accommodation for up to 2 Adults with a large Bedroom with Kingsize bed and double doors opening onto Private Patio with Hot tub and outdoor seating area. Private en-suite Bathroom with Shower. We are 2 minute walk from Local Pub, Coop, Costa, Greggs and Tea Room. Tea/coffee Facilities provided Parking space on our driveway

The Annex at The Coach House

Relax and unwind in The Annex, perfect for up to 6 people to enjoy some time in a home from home. A double bed upstairs and two sofa beds downstairs. The Annex is set in the 2 acre grounds of Coach House and offers a picturesque setting for all. Hamble river, with the Jolly Sailor Pub, you also have lots of restaurants and pubs close by to enjoy that perfect meal before heading back to relax in the hot tub. You also have the option to hire out a paddle board or inflatable rib to enjoy the river.

Loft studio in a rural position close to Southampton, Winchester, Hedge End and the Utilita Bowl. Quiet location down private drive with parking & stunning views overlooking fields. Accommodation with en-suite shower facility & kitchen area with combination microwave oven, small induction hob & a fridge. Ample storage with additional cupboard space in eaves. Dining table with two chairs that doubles up as work area. Conveniently located USB sockets. Outdoor table & chairs for al-fresco dining.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Bursledon Peewit Hill, Home from Home

Modern, fully equipped one bedroom annexe with bathroom,kitchen and lounge area. TV in the bedroom and lounge. Use of garden space weather permitting. Close to the M27 and Bursledon train station is 5 minutes drive away. Approx 5 miles from Southampton City centre and about 10 minutes from Hamble. Motorway access to South coast cities such as Bournemouth, Portsmouth and shopping in West Quay Southampton ,Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth. Also 20 mins away from Southampton docks for cruise ships

About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. Take a day trip to the Isle of Wight as a foot passenger on the IOW Ferry. A relaxing trip away awaits you.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College, are looking for a relaxing time near the water or as a base to explore further afield.
