Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Sie haben hier Ihren eigenen Bereich mit Küche und Bad. Es gibt ein Doppelbett sowie eine ausziehbare Couch, für zwei weitere Personen.

My apartment is located in a turn-of-the-century villa, which is perfect for families with small children. You'll love it. Play, climb, swing, slide, hide - your children will be busy here and you can enjoy your holiday. Toys, books, doll kitchen, ride-on cars, stroller for two, baby bed, step stool, baby monitor... Check-out on Mondays at 7.45am! Otherwise at 4 p.m. Max. occupancy: 2-3 adults with 2-3 children. Max 5 people in total.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
