Rocky Waters is both a seaside holiday home and a tranquil treehouse retreat. Extremely luxurious, spacious, architect designed waterside home with large, enclosed & private gardens on all sides. The elevated position & huge windows flood the house with light and offer panoramic views of the creek, village & valley. Multiple seating areas outside and in, handmade chef's kitchen, log burner, designer furnishings & underfloor heating. Small well behaved dogs accommodated, please ask. WiFi 70 mbps.

The Boathouse

The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

The Garden Flat

The Garden Flat is a secluded getaway tucked into a beautiful established garden. It combines a large outdoor patio, for your use only, with shared use of the wider garden, which has a far-reaching view over Polwheveral creek and the Lizard peninsula. The flat is warm, spacious and light. Centrally heated, it also has a wood burning stove which comes laid and ready to light, with a basket of logs provided. Please note that the flat is accessed through our garden and up a flight of steps.

Shearwater - creek side in Port Navas, Helford

Shearwater is a typically cute Cornish cottage with one of the best views around. If you like boats and water you'll love Shearwater, actually, you'll love Shearwater anyway. Situated a stone's throw from Port Navas creek it has its own mooring making it the perfect base for exploring the river. Either bring your kayaks with you, or, there are plenty of places to hire them locally. If you're not feeling adventurous just sit back, relax and watch the kingfisher on the river.

Come evening; relax in the beautiful barn, listen to the owls and star gaze through the roof windows from your bed.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Just feet from the Helford River and public slipway, you can enjoy views down to the boats and yacht club, whilst keeping an eye out for the wildlife on and in the water. Sit back, relax and soak up the sunshine in the garden or grab your paddle and power on out adventuring!

Willow Wagon

Willow Wagon is situated on our organic beef farm with views of the Helford River. The shepherd's hut is off-grid and powered by solar. Inside there are USB charging points for phones, a small kitchenette, and a fully functioning bathroom. There is no WiFi on site but great phone signal. Outside there is a table and chairs, a firepit that has a grid for cooking on and bench Sadly the hot tub is not available anymore
