Dartmoor National Park,local beaches and the gateway to Cornwall are a shortdrive away.Enjoy the SW coastal path ,the Historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

Well equipped small kitchen with fridge gas cooker and washing machine. Iron and hairdryer available. The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.

The Barn

Self-contained accommodation recently decorated in converted barn in quiet cul-de-sac. Light living space with fully equipped kitchen including induction hob, small oven and microwave. Bathroom with shower & heated towel rail. Living area with double sofa bed and dining table.
