Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Henrys Cottage is a place to make you smile. A warm friendly old fishermans cottage, where I hope you'll feel at home straight away, it is very comfortable & well equipped. Ideal for families & couples, with lots of things to keep you entertained. There is a pub, cafe, shop, fish and chips shop and the beach are all just minutes away. Pets & smoking are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE -Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Steep, wooden turning stairs- but my 82 yr old friend manages fine

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Sandy Lodge is a home set in the sand dunes with a terrace and gate leading directly up and over to the large Blue Flag beach at Sea Palling, North Norfolk. Near to the Seal Colony at Horsey. Coach House

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 10 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!
