It's a perfect place for a peaceful escape or chance to experience the wide variety of seasonal New England activities from swimming and leaf peeping to ice fishing. The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

At the end of a mile and a half dirt (well plowed) road lies a spacious (3000 sf) rustic-styled, fully modernized house in the middle of the 250 acre Lakefalls Estate. Snowshoes and spikes are provided for winter walking, and free kayaks and canoes are available for guest use in warmer weather. Enjoy a Solo stove on the deck.
