This newly constructed home boasts quality throughout. Radiant Floor Heat, Air Conditioning, Ground Level no steps at front door, and close to Ft. Drum's main gate & Black River Trail. Attached garage has a locking door, and is shared-use with some of our family’s construction materials. We will occasionally access the garage to add or remove things stored there.
