The house is situated on a farm with 1500ha natural veld. You can go for walks to explore the Fauna and Flora. It is also a birdwatchers paradise. We have a big dam that is stocked with Bluegill and Black bass. There are Springbuck, Blesbuck, Fallow Deere and many other species on the farm. If you would like to explore the area we are well situated. Barrydale, Swellendam, Heidelberg, and Witsand is very close. We are close to lovely farmstalls if you feel like going out for breakfast etc

This delightful cottage is in the heart of the quaint and queer town of Barrydale. It oozes character, and is a lovely place to stop over, or rest a few days and simply unwind. A beautiful, double volumed open plan space features a living room downstairs, with a sliding door opening to the main bedroom, and a large eat in kitchen/ dinning area upstairs with access to a terrace with views for Africa. The perfect place for a couple looking for a romantic retreat, or a family on a road trip.

Bronze Grove Farm - River Indlu

At Bronze Grove Farm and Chalets we encourage you to wonder around and absorb the natural earthy pleasures of farm life. The farm is situated at the foothills of the Langeberg Mountain Range and incorporates part of the famous Tradouw Pass and is 3 kms from the quaint little village of Barrydale. We are a working farm concentrating on olives. We hand harvest and produce extra virgin cold pressed olive oil and bottled olives. We have introduced zebra and various antelope that roam freely.

Riverdance Cottage (No loadshedding & fresh water)

BEAT THE WINTER BLUES with the new enclosed veranda as well as veranda fireplace and now also indoor fireplace. No LOADSHEDDING! No SALTWATER! The cottage is situated about 30 meters from the main house and 45m from the river. It is elevated and overlooks the BreedeRiver. 2 x two-man canoes are available. There is rainwater to be used as cooking and drinking water. There is a TV in the cottage with Netflix and DSTV Live connected. This is the place to relax and regroup. Enjoy
