Hewas Water House is an impressive and luxurious property, perfect for large families or a group of friends. Centrally located for exploring everything Cornwall has to offer and benefits from its own private swimming pool (Available Mid- May to end-Sept) and hot tub, plus a games room with a pool table, dart board and table tennis. The spacious house is tastefully decorated and comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 ensuite). The grounds are dog friendly and great for a game of rounders!

Ideally located inland for access to both the north and south coasts, as well as the many pretty Cornish towns and villages, especially the stunning Roseland peninsula nearby. Coombe is a sleepy village, with a permanent community. Nearest amenities, such as shops and pubs are within a 5 minute drive. Our south facing garden and terrace is a delightful sun trap. The Hayloft is a cosy converted stone barn, ideally suitable for 2-4 guests. The property is centrally heated and fully equipped for use all year round. Its ideally placed for visiting Eden, the Lost Gardens of Helligan and the picturesque harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey. Sticker village is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, with a pub and shop within easy walking distance. The South West coastal path is also nearby. We welcome well behaved dogs.
