Welcome to a very special, enchanting, one bedroom apartment hovering above the Cornish town of St Austell. Beautiful, bespoke accommodation is accompanied by a private outside area perfect for an evening barbecue following a relaxing and soothing spa. Sitting on the central south coast, it’s the perfect space for a couple wishing to explore Cornwall. No detail was overlooked in creating the ideal holiday environment, accessed by a dozen steps located behind private gates next to the main house.

Price shown is for a small tent pitch for 2 people, extra guests will be charged for upon arrival, bring your own tent. Smaller/larger pitches available, see other listings. Peaceful and tranquil camping in lovely rural surroundings on a undeveloped, natural and friendly site. We have plenty of space, real campfires, pretty fields, shallow streams, small lakes, rowing boats and an abundance of wildlife. We don’t have set pitches so you can pitch your tent where you choose in our camping fields.

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

Situated in Mid Cornwall, Birdsong Lodge is a traditional open plan log cabin, hidden away in a private location, surrounded by trees and shrub borders, creating a secluded ‘away from it all’ atmosphere. Swallow Cottage

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)

The Merry Loft

Set in the heart of a small Cornish village, The Merry Loft is an idyllic, adult-only retreat just ten minutes drive from the coast. Stylish yet comfortable, the space is bright and airy, private and peaceful, yet just a stone's throw from the local pub! If you fancy exploring, The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short drive away, along with The Eden Project and the vibrant harbour villages of Charlestown and Mevagissey. Tig's Barn is a beautiful high quality newly converted detached barn near the Historic village of Tregony on the Roseland Peninsula. Open plan living with Heating, wood stove, shower room, stairs to mezzanine with king size bed and panoramic views. Outside area: private gated parking with EV charger ( charges apply) patio with BBQ and garden. Local beaches 10 minutes drive , centrally placed for Gardens and Attractions. Ideally situated for exploring both North and South Cornwall.

The Studio at The Old Roost is located in a tranquil rural hamlet within easy distance to many of Cornwall's leading attractions including The Lost Gardens of Heligan (2 miles) and only 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey and the beautiful Cornish coast. It is set in our grounds in between the villages of Sticker and St Ewe and has lovely countryside views. Think hotel room with your own fully equipped kitchen plus private terrace and parking.

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
