There is a double sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 additional people comfortably. This is not a separate room. This is great for a family with kids.

Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

Silver Birch Studio

Silver Birch Studio is perfect for an overnight or weekend stay in the Southern Highlands for 2. This self contained studio has an en-suite, small kitchenette and a deck overlooking the garden. The peaceful location is less than three minutes drive to Mittagong town, which offers a number of great restaurants and cafes. Mittagong is also close to Bowral, Moss Vale and historic Berrima which all offer a variety of markets, art galleries and local wineries.

Chagall's Shed

A rustic hideaway at the bottom of our half-acre garden under gum trees filled with native birds. There's a small private garden at the rear, a sprawling vege patch and the fire pit in front. The 5x8 metre building has a small ensuite and bar fridge. There's no TV but the WIFI is fast and a projector with HDMI connection is discretely placed to project streamed cinema onto the wall. We are just 2km from the town's best cafes and Mittagong Station.

La Goichère AirBnB

This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!

As an added bonus we are located 15 minutes away from the Southern Highlands wineries and all that the Southern Highlands has to offer. We do not have WIFI.

Magpie Haven is a north facing independent studio with king size bed, in a separate pod of our architect designed, contemporary home. We are on 1.5 acres overlooking the Wingecarribee River, the village of Berrima and beyond. It is 1 km into Berrima where you will find cafes, restaurants and specialty shops and close to Bendooley Estate and other wedding venues.

Orchard Cottage & Gardens

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

The Shed @ Bowral

The Shed @ Bowral is a very comfortable and cosy industrial style studio with lovely garden views and a ‘cool’ private semi enclosed verandah area. Quiet and peaceful location close to the town centre and across the road from the Cherry Tree walking/bike path. The accomodation is an easy 15 minute walk to Bowral town centre and the train station.
