Welcome to our "Homestead". We invite you to enjoy a beautifully appointed Colonial Farmhouse with updated amenities including strong WiFi. This is a great opportunity to experience New England at its best. Enjoy the activities of a working horse farm. Imagine yourselves collecting fresh eggs from our hens after sipping coffee in the garden. In the summer, lounge by the pool or enjoy one of two pristine lakes 10 minutes away. In winter, only 15 minutes to Pat’s Peak and 20 minutes to Crotched Ski Resort. Welcome to Sweetwater Farm in Henniker . 2 minutes from pats peak mountain and close to many other ski areas!Our familypurchased the Historical Farmhouse (est 1750)in 2006 and recently decided to share it with others. The newly renovated 2 BR farmhouse sleeps 5-6 people. You'll have access to the grounds, including 1000 ft of frontage on the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing).Our guests can also purchase our USDA certified beef and farm fresh eggs to enjoy during your stay

Centrally located, the mountains, the lakes region or the ocean are only an hour away from this quiet locale. There's even a farm-based Brewery 0.5 miles down the road with Pleasant Lake only 2.5 miles.

Consider relaxing in our spacious upstairs apartment with a spectacular view of Mt. Monadnock. An open floor plan features a queen size bed and futon. A fully equipped kitchen will be stocked with 6 fresh farm eggs to enjoy as you like. Brew your own coffee or tea. All the needed linens and bathroom towels are supplied. Highspeed WiFi and Roku TV is available. You are welcome to walk the farm and enjoy the chickens or gardens. Or simply relax on your own private outside deck.

Escape to our cozy off-grid cabin on a budding farmstead! Enjoy simple country living with a beautiful view. The cabin features a sleeping loft, cozy living area, a large outdoor area, and composting outhouse. It’s located at the far end of our field, nestled under a beautiful oak tree.
