Enjoy a classic snowmobile-season escape at our Hillside cabin in Hinckley, NY, located just off Trail C4 within the Penn Mountain snowmobile trail system. From this location, riders can access miles of groomed trails throughout the Penn Mountain system, with routes that connect toward surrounding areas, including Old Forge and Tug Hill, depending on conditions and trail openings. Warm, cozy cabin in a private wooded setting. Ideal winter base for snowmobilers and families to explore and relax.

A rustic unique Tree House on the Black River was designed for adults only who are looking to be off the grid and connect with Mother Nature...Glamping at its best! The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint seven sided treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

Located in the Hamlet of Clark Mills, Town of Kirkland, we are centrally located between Utica and Rome approximately three miles from the NYS Thruway. Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.
