Welcome to our beautiful beachside studio, the Ledges. It’s located on over an acre of property in the rustic west of Bermuda. Take strolls on our country road to the local farm. The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

Charming Panoramic Cottage

Centrally located cottage at the end of a very steep hill, with gorgeous views of Hamilton Harbour. Head east from the bottom of the hill for a 10 minute walk to a grocery store and a 12 minute walk to cycle/car rental (charge port on site). Also at the bottom of the hill is the # 8 bus route. Access to the pink ferry route in a 15 min walk and on your way pick up a coffee and pastry from local coffee shop “Lattes”. For walkers, the Bermuda Railway Trail can be accessed in a 10 min walk.

Centrally located 1-bedroom Waterfront apartment that sleeps 4 with an additional pull out sofa bed. Newly built & completed in 2022, with use of onsite gym with the newest equipment including a Peloton bike. Private swimming dock & use of paddle boards. In the high-end, quiet neighborhood of Salt Kettle & with private garden for dining, located near 2 ferry docks & with Twizzy rental car charging port.

Little Loft-Central location-Beaches nearby

A tiny loft cottage just comfortable and cozy enough for one or two people. Includes an outside garden space under the pergola with Adirondack chairs and fire pit, lovely for relaxing. We are situated close to Admiralty House and Deep Bay where you can swim, explore caves and cliff jump. Approximately 7 minute drive to Hamilton. Bus #4 Airbnb guests only allowed on the property, no parties or outside guests. Safety concern with stairs for children below age of twelve.

Palmberry Oceanfront Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Find yourself waking up to a view of the ocean and taking a morning swim from your private dock. A 5 min drive will have you at Hamilton Princess Hotel and in the heart of the City of Hamilton in 7 mins. There’s a comfortable queen bed and guest are NOT permitted to smoke or vape! Blue Inlet | Oceanfront Nature Escape

Blue Inlet is a tranquil oceanfront apartment set directly on the edge of Flatts Inlet. Swim, snorkel, or kayak directly from the property over to a sandy beach, with optional garden path access when the beach gate is open. Relax on the porch, observing sea birds and marine life up close. Explore the property’s coastal gardens. Hike the railway trail, located next to the property. Dine at the restaurants in Flatts village, a 5-minute walk down the road.

Water View Cottage - Greenbank -TwizyCarCharger

Greenbank is a Bermudian Guest House with majestic views of the islands in the Little Sound and is set in the tranquil peninsula of Salt Kettle. The units each have a private patio. The nearby Salt Kettle Commuter Ferry lands you right of Front Street. The bus is 0.4 of a mile and a taxi ride to Hamilton would take about 7 minutes. Elbow Beach is 1.6 miles. The central location and peaceful surroundings make this a perfect spot for a Bermuda holiday!.

The Cottage provides a peaceful and romantic retreat. There is a king bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, sitting and dining area. The private garden and patio overlooks the water. We have a gate onto the Belmont Hills Golf Course. The ferry and the bus are a short walk away. A continental breakfast is available upon request for an extra charge. The pool is open year round. The waterfront patio is perfect for watching the sunset over the water.
