In the middle you will find a wrought iron staircase leading to a spacious terrace with a panoramic view, including the Torre Latinoamericana. During weekends could be noisy.

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Located in a 100-year-old condominium listed for its architectural value. High ceilings, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Unique atmosphere with lots of character, just a few blocks from downtown and the city’s main avenues, Reforma and Insurgentes. It has a balcony, large terrace, projector with automatic screen, sound system and equipped kitchen. This is my home, available for a few months while I travel.
