Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Our lower unit is a beautiful apt with stunning view on Katchemak Bay right from windows or yard. Private gardens, lower deck. Located about a 1/2 mile from the Bishop Beach area, 2 miles to the Spit and all the ocean activities you can imagine.A full kitchen for those who want to cook their catch or restaurants nearby that are outstanding. We have a freezer that you can store your catch in, but check with me on freeze space. Well behaved dogs welcome. Poo bad provided. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

The Lookout Apartment . This place is a little slice of Heaven it has sweeping views of outer Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mnts. and 3 major Volcanoes across Cook Inlet. It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. The Lookout Apt makes a great home base you can go anywhere on the Kenai Pennisula in 3 hrs. from here, make sure to check out are week long discount.

Welcome to beautiful Homer! We have our "Eagle's Nest" 3 bedroom apartment with dramatic views of Kachemak Bay, glaciers & snow capped mountains year round. The entry level has a fully furnished kitchen-dining-living area & full bath. The dining table seats up to 8 people, and TV and DVD player. Two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, closets and dressers. Upstairs is a large loft with additional sleeping, two full size beds and TV and DVD player. Located 5.2 miles east of Homer.

Located in the Heart of Homer on Beluga Lake. Wonderful bird watching on the deck. Watch float planes land and take off the lake. Walking distance to brewery & farmers market. Bike into town, or along the Homer Spit trail. Upper unit with luxurious accommodations. High ceiling, queen size bed. Cozy interior design. Outside private seating overlooking Beluga Lake. 2 guest limit. There is a shared lower deck with a gas fire place. Rental of Lower Unit/ whole property is available.

This property is located less than 2 miles from town and a 12 minute drive to the Spit in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's walking distance to the Jack Gist baseball fields and disc golf course. The apartment sleeps up to 6 in two bedrooms. One room holds a queen bed, while the other has two queen beds. This property has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer in the unit. This unit is dog friendly and includes an extra large kennel and leashes.
