Located in Higashiyama, one of Japan's last remaining 'Chaya house' as a site of Inportant Traditional Japanese Architecture), a short walk north from Higashi District. Our property was build about 100 years ago during the Taisho period.（74㎡、800sq) It has been extensively renovated standards of comfort, luxury and safety, as such we are a Legal Vacation Rental, you may book with confidence. 100年ほど前に建てられた金澤町家を改修し、皆さまの2番目のご自宅をイメージして建てた町家になります。昼間の喧騒から離れた朝、夕の主計町、ひがし茶屋街、浅ノ川の散策は心が癒され、昔ながらの金沢が楽しめます。

Artist's house in Kyoto with a big cypress bath

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

kyoto villa soso (Near Kyoto station)

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

Kusa no Niwa | 100-Year Machiya Lodge in Takayama

Kusa no Niwa is a traditional Japanese-style house with a courtyard and corridors that was built more than 130 years ago. The entire house with a size of 100 square meters will be lent privately to a single group with a maximum capacity of 6 persons. You will find a fusuma, a sliding door with a paper panel, painted by a famous Japanese Painter, which can be also found in the Taue’s House, an Important Cultural Property, located in Nyukawa Town.

2024年7月開業。 「La Fotografia Marrone」は、”金沢駅”から徒歩9分、金沢の主要な観光スポットまでバスが出ている”近江町市場”には徒歩6分の便利な場所にあります。 建物は金澤町家が立ち並ぶ静かな通りに面しており、金沢でもひときわ大きい寺院、東別院が見えます。 この建物は伝統的な外観と間取りによって構成されています。 また、この宿のテーマでもある”写真”においては、日本の写真家「木邑旭宗（きむらかつひこ）IG @kats_portraits」の写真展示してあります。さらに、写真と共に木邑氏が合わせてセレクトした”音楽”を聴きながら室内でゆっくり過ごすことができます。 ゲストにゆったりとした滞在ができるように、近江町市場からも近く料理や中長期滞在もできるような洗濯機などの設備を整えています。 観光で1日回るのも旅の楽しみの一つですが、1日ゆっくり過ごすことも楽しめる滞在となれば嬉しいです。
