Enjoy the expansive 180 degree views from your private little forest oasis or take advantage of the central location to explore all The Gorge has to offer. Elsie's View: Cozy Vintage/Modern Cabin

Our 1920s cabin is nestled in the woods along the White Salmon River. 4 people max and be sure to read details about sleeping arrangements. We are best for 1 or 2 adult couples (one queen and one full bed are upstairs in each bedroom, and one full size couch is downstairs). A couple with 1-2 kids can easily work too. What doesn’t work are 4 adults who need to sleep separately - that means doubling up in one of the beds. Well-behaved dogs okay with advance notice.

Cozy & Private A-Frame: Mount Hood National Forest

Private A-Frame (for 4 people) and separate studio bedroom/bathroom behind the garage (for 2 people.) Please note: the studio must be requested in advance. The A-Frame is on the edge of the Mount Hood National Forest. • Walk or drive to the Salmon River trailheads and Salmon River Slab. • 15 min to French's Dome. • 20 to 30 min to Timberline and Mount Hood Meadows, x-country and snow-shoeing at Trillium or Teacup. Camp Randonnee Cabin#1

Camp Randonnee is a campus consisting of four modern Scandinavian cabins; tastefully designed and built to provide an intimate setting for couples, outdoor enthusiasts and viewpoint sight seekers. The cabins have floor to ceiling windows that look out to expansive territorial views of coyote wall, syncline and the Columbia river. Each Cabin has their own gear shed to store & secure all the fun recreational toys; as well as your own individual fire pit

Creekside (Cozy Cabin) covered deck & loft bedroom

Our creekside cabin features a cozy loft bedroom, kitchenette, wood stove, heat pump, full bath, and TVs with DVDs. Outside, enjoy an oversized covered deck with seating, fire pit, grill, and beautiful views of Mosier Creek and the hillside. Unwind to the sound of the water in this peaceful setting, minutes from wineries, Gorge hikes, wind-surfing and Hood River. Wi-Fi is available but can occasionally be temperamental due to our rural Starlink service.

Niksen House: Scandanvian style Cabin at Mt. Hood

*water pressure issue has been fixed! Niksen House is located just outside of Mt. Hood National Forest, 20 minutes from ski areas and an hour from Portland. The cabin is in a rural residential community and sits next to a 1/2 acre lot giving it an off-the-grid feel with all of the on-the-grid amenities. Just a few minutes away from I-84 and Hood River. Wildflower season is upon us! Our place is a great base to spend your nights after a day of hiking in the area to view the wildflowers.
