Tea & Coffee facilities with fridge & microwave oven. Included in your stay is fresh milk & home bakes. One well behaved dog is welcome. Pet fee will be added at time of booking.

Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Staves Cottage : Bespoke holiday cottage

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. Forget your worries in this very spacious and serene space. It's close to scenic coastal Villages and walks, where the views are stunning over the Moray Firth and Dolphins and other wildlife/birds can be seen. Near by there are paths which are ideal for cycling and many Golf Courses to enjoy and if Whisky is your tipple, then there are some world famous distilleries close by. But if peace and quiet is what you want, then there is a mezzanine snug area or the large private garden to enjoy.

Surradale loft offers a truly special bolthole where couples can retreat to the cosy romantic loft for relaxation in a peaceful setting. With spacious entrance porch, kitchenette, rainfall shower, reading nook, loft bedroom and garden, you will have everything you need to explore the stunning farm surroundings. Only ten minutes drive from the beach, or with ample walking around the farm, you'll be spoilt for choice. Well behaved dogs welcome downstairs. Bed can be either double or twin.

Cosy self contained flat in quiet village on the beautiful moray coast surrounded by beautiful beaches and woodland. Ten minutes away from Elgin by car and on a hourly bus route to surrounding villages. Village has post office and well stocked Scot mid for groceries. Two pubs that offer good grub. Fully functional kitchen in flat with oven and microwave no hob slow cooker available. Good sized fridge and also washing machine.

Charming and Unique Shepherd's Hut

A unique and beautiful Shepherd's Hut on the Black Isle. Specifically commissioned by Black Isle Brewery, the hut is in the middle of our organic brewery farm. The brewery sits on one side with organic farmland, farmhouse and vegetable patch on the other. You are 10 minutes from Inverness by car and 20 minutes from Inverness airport. Please note that the hut doesn't have wifi but we have books and games to keep you
