We are renting out our family home to people who appreciate the personal touch. We have three children who are out of the house, so there are still personal items around. It has four bedrooms to sleep 8 people in beds, but two rooms on the upper level are very large and there are mattresses if needed for more people. The house is in a very quiet street, and the lake can be reached by 10 minute walk. Some housekeeping is included in the price and can be arranged according to guest preference

Stay in this quiet neighborhood and excellently connected to Zurich. The train station, which is a 2-minute walk away, will take you to the center in 12 minutes. Also in the surroundings you have the necessary services, and on the other hand a lot of nature and a river with a path to walk. The town where you can go to the center on a walk or with a train stop, is cozy and full of everything you need. You will have access to the kitchen and bathroom, equipped with everything you need.

Hoch über dem Zürichsee liegt das neue "Zurich Hideaway" an einer Obstplantage und dennoch nur 15min vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Zimmer „Ladies Delight“ hat ein eigenes Duschbad (Walk-in-Shower und Toilette), sowie ein Frühstückszimmer mit Espressomaschine und einem „Help-Yourself“ Kühlschrank, den ich auf Wunsch für Sie befülle, damit Sie morgens gestärkt in den Tag starten können. Das Frühstück ist optional und wird mit CHF 15 berechnet.

Wichtig : Das Zimmer kann nur von einer weiblichen Person gebucht werden, da die Dusche und Toilette mit einer anderen weiblichen Person genutzt wird. 50 min vom Flughafen und 30 min nach Zürich Stadt von der Haustüre aus, in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnquartier gelegen, bewohne ich hier mit meiner Tochter eine 5.5 Zimmer Wohnung. Neu haben wir auch einen kleine Labradoodle ( Antiallergiker Hund ) der freut sich über jeden Besuch.

Gemütliches, helles Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Gartensitzplatz mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Zürichsee. Das Zimmer ist schlicht eingerichtet mit einem Doppelbett, einem grossen Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel sowie einer Kommode. Komplett ausgestattete Küche sowie Badezimmer mit WC/Dusche. Ich werde ferienhalber nicht anwesend sein, Schlüssel wird hinterlegt.

Das Boot bietet Platz für 4 Schlafplätze (klein, aber es geht und macht Spass). Für die Wasserbewegung bietet das Boot Platz für max. 8 Personen. Es liegt an einem Liegeplatz am Zuger Hafen und ist in 5 Minuten abfahrbereit. Es kann auch nur als Unterkunft gemietet werden, oder eben zur Wasserbewegung am Zugersee (Bootsführerschein Kat. A erforderlich)

Prenajmem 1izbu v mojom 2izbovom utulnom byte na veľmi kľudnom mieste 15min vlakom do Zürich Centre. Vlaková stanica sa nachádza 4min. Chôdze v blízkosti Denner, Kiosk,Migros. Bývam sama a teším sa keď sa ozvete. V byte mam aj malú práčku takže si môžte aj vyprať.

Since we go on vacation, we rent out our 3 ½ room apartment with lake view at Uetikon train station (Zurich HB in 20 minutes). The Lake Zurich, the train station and grocery stores are within walking distance.

Ruhige Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht

In dieser geräumigen und besonderen Unterkunft fühlt man sich wohl. Es ist ruhig und man kann abschalten. Gut gelegen für Ausflüge und man ist schnell in der Stadt.
