Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Waggon at Westcombe

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

Shepherds Rest Annexe

Self contained annexe which has been tastefully renovated. Kitchen with eating area and the bathroom are on the ground floor. Sitting/bedroom with countryside views on first floor. Outside is a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Local Pub and fish and chip shop short walk away. A little further afield are some wonderful cafes and it's an easy drive to local attractions such as Bath/Longleat/Stonehenge/Stourhead. Westbury train station with direct services to London is 3 miles away.

Unique. private and very ancient dovecote near Salisbury & Stonehenge with a fabulous swimming pool in gorgeous peaceful countryside. Beautifully furnished, very well equipped, romantic and spacious. The thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a n exceptionally comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen and large dining area and shower room.

Mill Farm on the Longleat Estate - Family Room

We are located in the picturesque village of Horningsham, which is part of the Longleat Estate. This is a family room which sleeps up to 4. price starts at 1. The room features a double bed along with full sized bunk beds. A cot is available on request. The room's facilities are as follows: En-suite with shower over bath Breakfast Basket Smart TV Fridge Microwave Kettle Toaster This room has a private entrance and does not share facilities with any other guests.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Numerous attractions including cheddar gorge, Wookey hole and stourhead gardens The Jurassic coast is approx 1hr 20 min away by car If bringing cycles it is possible to store cycles in owners barn/shed

Listen closely and you may hear the lions at Longleat roar! Tucked down a quiet lane, on the edge of Longleat Safari Park, The Lodge at Cobweb Cottage is a delightful bolthole. Stepping through the front door, you will be met with a spacious yet cosy open plan living space with a modern shower-room. The bedroom with private balcony occupies the entirety of the first floor. From here there are delightful countryside views. Outside there is parking for two cars.

Ideal for couples, short breaks and business stays.

We are lucky to have lovely forest walks or cycling nearby ,great country pubs and the local town of Frome with its quirky shops & markets. The accommodation is modern with lovely views over the pony paddocks. A second coachhouse is also available to book which sleeps an extra 4 guests if required.
