It has a king-size bed & Smart TV, bathroom with underfloor heating & walk-in shower, kitchen inc cooking facilities, table & sofa. Complimentary breakfast of cereal and juice, coffee and tea. Towels included. Walking distance of local pub/restaurant.

Duck Lodge, a boutique log cabin, is located in a serene village. This all-wood home is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a tranquil location. Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

A hidden gem in Steyning within the South Downs National Park. A walk to the South Downs Way. Located up a private track offering a rural setting. 5 minute walking distance to the picturesque historic market town of Steyning with its shops, cafes and pubs. Whilst the accommodation doesn't have a kitchen, we include a fresh breakfast including fruit, juice, yogurt, milk and berry compot. A selection of cereals, tea, coffee, (Nespresso Machine). Gluten free and Vegan diets available.

The Hideaway” is located in the peaceful village of Houghton, just moments from where the South Downs Way crosses the River Arun. This oak-framed garden room offers studio-style, open-plan living with a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate private bathroom. French doors open onto a secluded garden area, perfect for al fresco dining, a morning coffee in the sun, or simply relaxing while soaking up beautiful, uninterrupted views of the South Downs.

Wattlegate Cottage is a charming converted carthouse on a traditional working farm in the heart of the South Downs National Park. A peaceful retreat for couples, walkers, and cyclists, it offers modern comforts and an enclosed private garden, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the South Downs or cycling the Downs Link Path. Just off the A27, the cottage is ideally placed for visiting Brighton, Lewes, Arundel, Steyning, and the many picturesque villages nearby.

Refurbished in 2019, The Granary is located in a wonderfully peaceful rural spot amidst an abundance of wildlife, approx 2 miles from the main road with great walks locally along public footpaths and by the Way & Arun Canal. The nearest local pub is a 30 minute walk away. Within easy reach of Arundel, Goodwood, Cowdray Park, Petworth, the South Downs and seaside. Self contained accommodation with independent access and off street parking, located near principle house.

A luxurious, comfortable cabin under a mature oak tree at the bottom of a country garden. Wake up to wildlife on the terrace, watch the sunset by the fire, and fall asleep under star filled skies. Enjoy the BBQ or walk across the road to the cosy pub with fantastic food. Perfect for a romantic stay for two, or up to four guests with the very comfortable sofa bed. Cooper loves sharing his garden with one other dog (pls see our animal guidelines before booking).

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

Walthurst Studio is located in the tranquil gardens of our family home on a Private Estate, with far reaching views to the Downs. A walkers/cyclist dream location. We have lovingly refurbished the studio to create a luxurious space which we welcome you to enjoy. We are close to the lovely town of Petworth and a few miles from Billingshurst station, on the edge of the South Downs National park. Goodwood & Cowdray only a short drive away."
