Located just adjacent to our home on 200 acres, our guesthouse is a remodeled 3 bed/2 bath home with full kitchen and beautiful views of the Spanish Peaks (Wahatoya) from the deck. We are located just 7 miles off I-25 Walsenburg exit 49 with plenty of privacy and room to slow down and relax! We welcome guests of all backgrounds and your well behaved canine friends too. The Koselig Condo

Koselig"(Norwegian) = Cozy (English). Sitting at the base of the Cuchara Mountain Park with hiking, skiing, sledding, and snowshoeing outside the door. Enjoy cool mountain air after a day of hiking or a warm fire after a day of playing in the snow. Walk to the nearby Mercantile for breakfast/lunch or drive into the nearby towns of Cuchara or La Veta for dinner. A comfortable retreat for those seeking time in the wilderness. Star Bungalow

This riverfront home is tucked away from the main road and serenaded by the Huerfano River. Modern construction with a southwestern vibe includes heated floors and a fully outfitted kitchen and lots of covered outdoor lounging areas (two covered porches and a screened in porch). Access to the Huerfano River and this corner of Redwing Ranch are included (map will be at the house). Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Dogs are allowed with approval and a pet fee.

Three Peaks Ranch

This two beadroom, 3 bath cabin can accomadate up to six guests in the main cabin with use of the luxury cots in the spacious sunroom. With special arrangements, the detatched Sleeping Hut outfitted with queen bed and sleeping loft offers additional beds and the best sleep you will ever experience!

Photographers Retreat

This property is nestled in Greenhorn valley, right under the shadow of the mountain. Seeing wild deer, turkeys, foxes and other wildlife native to the mountain wilderness is a daily occurrence. Our simple but charming cottage provides the perfect jumping point to a vast array of trails, lakes, and points of interest. You can bring your dogs per request(No cats) as there is huge fenced dog yard. A photographers dream and a nature lovers retreat.

Bunkhouse in the Mountains

An 1890's 2 bedroom ranch house situated just 10 minutes south of historic Westcliffe and at the base of the beautiful Sangre De Cristo mountain range. This home is the perfect base camp for mountain climbing or sightseeing adventures or a quiet getaway. Enjoy the views of the sunrise, the Sanger de Cristo mountains and the unbelievably beautiful dark skies. This is a working ranch so you may encounter farm animals and ranch activity.

Wahatoya Guesthouse

Wahatoya Guesthouse is approximately one mile from La Veta. This spot is private and tranquil, with amazing views of the Spanish Peaks. You will be within walking distance of two Colorado State Wildlife lakes that offer fishing and hiking. The quaint town of La Veta offers art galleries, Francisco Fort Museum, a brewery, live music, locally owned restaurants and businesses, including a wonderful grocery store and soda fountain.
